(OIK) will be established within three phases:

1- The preliminary phase:

Alhamdulilah we ALMOST finished THE COURSE IN ARABIC . THE EXAM WILL BE ON SUNDAY 21 ST 2009

2- The second phase:

focus will be on the basis of knowledge. It comprises four required courses and three elective ones. Instruction will be in Arabic and English.

3- The third phase:

it is concerned with expanding the institute to include all Canada and making study at OIK available in Urdu, Persian and French.

Goal and Objectives of the Preliminary Phase:

- Advertising the establishment of OIK along with its objectives and importance

- Increasing the level of awareness in Ottawa community

- Eradicating religious illiteracy in Ottawa community

- Transitioning to the second and third phases

- Introducing how to acquire religious academic knowledge in a simplified way

- Examining challenges and how to overcome them
